Aloha! I’m the heart behind Uhane Footwear—born and raised on the country side of the Big Island of Hawai‘i. My love for shoes and the timeless beauty of Hawaiian prints inspired me to create this brand. Whether it’s quilt patterns, ‘iwa designs, or the sweet charm of island flowers and lei’s, each piece in my collection is soulfully (me ka ʻuhane) designed to honor my roots, celebrate island style, and carry the spirit of aloha with every step.

I chose the name “Uhane,” which in Hawaiian means “spirit” or “soul,” because each pair is crafted me ka ʻuhane—made with intention, care, and aloha—so every step carries the heart of the islands.

When I’m not designing my footwear, you’ll find me at the beach, hiking, hunting, or enjoying time at home—always surrounded by the land and people I love most. Family means the world to me, and through this store, I hope to share a piece of my aloha with you.
