  • How long does shipping take?

    All items are custom-made just for you when you order. Because of this made-to-order process, please allow approximately 3–5 weeks total for your item to be fulfilled and delivered to you, especially for orders shipping to Hawai‘i.

  • Why does it take a little longer to arrive?

    Each product is made-to-order using a trusted global fulfillment partner. This helps reduce waste and ensures every piece is created with purpose. Since I run Uhane Footwear as a small, Hawai‘i-based brand, I deeply appreciate your patience and support during the process!

  • Where are your products made?

    While all designs are created by me with aloha here in Hawai‘i, items are printed and fulfilled through a global production partner. This allows me to bring high-quality products to you with care and consistency.

  • What if my order seems delayed?

    If your order seems to be taking a bit longer than expected or you're wondering where it is, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You can email me at uhanefootwear@gmail.com, and I’ll gladly look into it for you and keep you informed every step of the way.

  • What sizes do you offer?

    I do my best to offer inclusive sizing for all items! Be sure to check the individual size chart on each product page for details. For the most comfortable fit, I recommend going up a size, as these run slightly snug.

  • Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

    At this time, I do not offer local pickup. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly through my production partner.

  • Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

    All sales are final. Because items are made-to-order and go into production quickly, I am unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’re placed.

  • What is your return & exchange policy?

    All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives with a clear manufacturing defect. Please note that intentionally damaging a product to claim a refund will not be honored. If something truly isn’t right, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item, and I’ll do my best to make it right with integrity and aloha.

  • Can I order a custom design?

    Custom orders are not available just yet, but stay tuned! I'm always exploring ways to offer more personalized options in the future.
